Jerome Boots is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Director of Operations at LayerZero Power Systems since August 2020, overseeing manufacturing operations across three production sites. Prior to this role, Jerome Boots held several key positions at GE Healthcare, including Plant Manager, where leadership encompassed 150 employees in the production of MRI Surface Coils, and Materials Manager, responsible for managing an $11 million inventory and reducing starting inventory through strategic analysis. Jerome Boots has a solid engineering background, having led teams through design transfers and product quality initiatives, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Akron.
