Amy Toland

Amy Toland is an experienced facilities and property manager with a focus on managing large-scale commercial spaces. Currently serving as the National Facilities Manager at Lazard since October 2021, Amy previously held the same title at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2019 to October 2021. Amy's career includes roles as Assistant Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and Columbia Property Trust, and Property Manager at Federal Business Centers, where management responsibilities spanned millions of square feet of commercial and industrial properties. Earlier experience includes a position as Property Assistant at Jones Lang LaSalle. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Planning from Johnson & Wales University.
