Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lazard since March 2022, Jeff previously held the position of Managing Partner at Drake Star Partners from October 2015 to March 2022. Prior roles include Vice President at Avendus Capital from June 2011 to September 2015, Vice President at Berkery, Noyes & Co., LLC from February 2008 to June 2010, and Associate at Capstone Partners LLC from 2005 to 2008. Jeff holds an MBA in Corporate Finance & Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, earned between 2009 and 2011, and a BA in Political Science from Tufts University, completed in 1999.
