Shannon Houston

Shannon Houston is the Global Head of Communications and Marketing at Lazard, beginning in October 2023. With extensive experience in communications and marketing, Shannon served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at First Republic Bank from February 2010 to October 2023, where significant revenue growth was achieved under exceptional client service initiatives. Prior roles at First Republic included Deputy Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and VP, Director of Investor Relations, where strategic communications and brand positioning were key focuses. Shannon also holds board member positions at GALLIM and Alonzo King LINES Ballet. Educational credentials include a General Management Program from Harvard Business School, a Master of Arts from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma City University, all centered on arts management.
