Courtney Czapor

Courtney Czapor currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at LB Foster, a role held since December 2018, where responsibilities include managing the company's human resources information system and compensation programs. Previously, Courtney worked at American Textile Company from July 2007 to December 2018, progressing through roles such as Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist Supervisor, overseeing various HR functions including recruiting, labor relations, and compliance. Earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resources Administrator, where Courtney implemented the ADP HRIS. An internship at Wachovia Securities also contributed to early career development. Courtney holds an M.B.A. from Seton Hill University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Westminster College (PA).
