Timothy Foley

Timothy Foley is an accomplished professional in quality management and scientific research, currently serving as the Senior Corporate Quality Manager for the Rail Business at L.B. Foster Company since December 2019. Prior to this role, Timothy was the Quality Manager at Chase Corporation from September 2014 to December 2019 and held scientific positions at Indspec from April 2012 to December 2019 and at Mylan from March 2004 to April 2012. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Gannon University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
