Andy Polbos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the lumber and forest products industry. Currently serving as the Forest Products Business Development and Logistics Manager at LBM Advantage since February 2017, Andy has also held the roles of Inventory and Logistics Manager and Manager of Reloads at the same organization from January 2008 to December 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Engineered Wood Products Trader and a Specialty Products Buyer at North Pacific from June 2005 to September 2007. LBM Advantage was created in 2016 with the historic merger of dealer-owned buying groups ENAP and PAL, and included IBSA in 2017. All three co-ops were founded decades ago by lumberyard owners who saw their future success strengthened by combining purchasing resources.
