Andy Polbos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the lumber and forest products industry. Currently serving as the Forest Products Business Development and Logistics Manager at LBM Advantage since February 2017, Andy has also held the roles of Inventory and Logistics Manager and Manager of Reloads at the same organization from January 2008 to December 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Engineered Wood Products Trader and a Specialty Products Buyer at North Pacific from June 2005 to September 2007. Additionally, Andy served as Sales Manager at Palisade Lumber from August 2000 to May 2005. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management with a concentration in Logistics and Transportation from Southern New Hampshire University.

LBM Advantage is a building materials and forest products cooperative owned by independent lumber and building material dealers across 43 states. LBM Advantage was created in 2016 with the historic merger of dealer-owned buying groups ENAP and PAL, and included IBSA in 2017. All three co-ops were founded decades ago by lumberyard owners who saw their future success strengthened by combining purchasing resources. That tenet holds true today and is reflected in our mission statement: "To create a competitive advantage for our members by leveraging their collective power". LBM Advantage brings the purchasing power of well over 500 members and over 1200 locations to the marketplace. LBM Advantage operates from four regional offices to ensure the expertise of our staff in local building techniques and region-specific products.
