Dwayne Jaycox has a robust background in account management and sales, with significant experience in the trading and supply industry. Since May 2013, Dwayne has served as a TRADER at ENAP and a Commodities Trader at LBM Advantage, focusing on client relationship management and identifying growth opportunities to enhance client loyalty and revenue. Prior to these roles, Dwayne worked at marjam supply from October 1996 to April 2013, where responsibilities included addressing contractor needs and managing operations as an Operations Manager.

LBM Advantage is a building materials and forest products cooperative owned by independent lumber and building material dealers across 43 states. LBM Advantage was created in 2016 with the historic merger of dealer-owned buying groups ENAP and PAL, and included IBSA in 2017. All three co-ops were founded decades ago by lumberyard owners who saw their future success strengthened by combining purchasing resources. That tenet holds true today and is reflected in our mission statement: "To create a competitive advantage for our members by leveraging their collective power". LBM Advantage brings the purchasing power of well over 500 members and over 1200 locations to the marketplace. LBM Advantage operates from four regional offices to ensure the expertise of our staff in local building techniques and region-specific products.
