Justin Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Forest Products Manager and Commodity Trader at LBM Advantage since January 2023. Additionally, Justin is the Business Owner of First Home Improvement, LLC, a position held since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Department Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from May 2021 to January 2022 and Director of Business Development at Guys Lumber and Hardware from August 2017 to April 2021. Justin also contributed to education as an Assistant Football Coach at both Allegheny College from July 2016 to July 2017 and Limestone University from July 2014 to May 2016, focusing on the offensive side of the game. LBM Advantage is a building materials and forest products cooperative owned by independent lumber and building material dealers across 43 states. LBM Advantage was created in 2016 with the historic merger of dealer-owned buying groups ENAP and PAL, and included IBSA in 2017. All three co-ops were founded decades ago by lumberyard owners who saw their future success strengthened by combining purchasing resources. That tenet holds true today and is reflected in our mission statement: "To create a competitive advantage for our members by leveraging their collective power". LBM Advantage brings the purchasing power of well over 500 members and over 1200 locations to the marketplace.
