Prior to HCA, they were a Senior Project Manager at LBMC Technologies, LLC from June 2005 to October 2012. Jenny also has experience at HealthStream, where they worked as a Manager of Online Development from March 2002 to June 2005 and as a Project Manager/Art Director from March 1997 to February 2002. Jenny began their career at NewOrder Media, Inc as a Multimedia Developer/Project Leader from September 1994 to February 1997. Throughout their career, Jenny has demonstrated expertise in project management, team supervision, and web-based training development.
Jenny Monohan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following:

- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations from Microsoft in August 2010

- Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2004
