Tomasz Olesiuk is a dedicated Software Developer Project Lead at LBPro, with experience since July 2015. Responsibilities include creating new solutions, designing application architecture, debugging existing code, optimizing software, analyzing business requirements, preparing technical documentation, conducting software tests, collaborating with business users, estimating changes, generating reports, managing a team, and assisting team members. Previous roles include Front-end Developer at NETBULLS from November 2014 to July 2015 and Intern at Centrum Informatyki "ZETO" S.A. from September 2014 to October 2014. Tomasz Olesiuk holds a Master's degree in Informatics from Bialystok University of Technology, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the same institution, earned in 2015.
