Michael Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael started their career as a Cost Accountant/Financial Analyst at NACCO Materials Handling Group in 1995. From there, they moved on to roles in the automotive industry at ThyssenKrupp Presta Danville, LLC, where they served as an Accounting Manager, SAP FI/CO Project Specialist, Controller/Treasurer, and eventually the Director of Finance.

In 2008, Reynolds joined Lexmark as a Financial Analyst, where they focused on P&L analysis for the Imaging Solutions and Services Division.

In 2013, they transitioned to LBX Company, where they began as the Corporate Controller for the Americas division. Michael then took on the role of Senior Human Resources Manager before being promoted to Director of Human Resources. In this role, they implemented an HRIS system and elevated HR to a business partner role. Reynolds further advanced in LBX Company to become the Senior Director of Operations and Administration, where they took charge of IT and Supply Chain activities for North and South America.

Currently, Reynolds holds the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at LBX Company. In this role, they oversee a team of 17 professionals and reports directly to the CEO.

Michael Reynolds attended Olivet Nazarene University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
