Cathy Cook is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Holding the position of Partner and previously Associate Solicitor at LCF Law since March 2016, Cathy has demonstrated leadership and expertise in legal practice. Prior experience includes Head of Company and Commercial at Jordans Solicitors from January 2008 to February 2016, where significant contributions were made during the firm's expansion. Additionally, Cathy served as Company Solicitor at Skipton Information Group, negotiating agreements for various companies, and as Assistant Solicitor in the corporate finance team at Addleshaw Booth (now Addleshaw Goddard), which included a secondment at Asda Stores Limited. Cathy Cook holds a CPE & LSF in Law from Leeds Beckett University and a BA(Hons) in English from the University of Leeds.
