Ray Desana

Ray DeSana has held various positions in the healthcare industry throughout their career. Ray started in 1989 as an Assistant Controller/Controller at Baptist Health South Florida. Ray then worked at ORNDA as the Regional Director of Decision Support from 1995 to 1996. From 1996 to 2000, they served as a Consultant at Healthcare Financial Advisors/Certus. In 2001, they became the Vice President at Compliant Healthcare Consulting, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they started their own company, Fairway Healthcare Consulting, where they held the role of President. Finally, in 2020, they joined LCMC Health as a Senior Reimbursement Analyst.

Ray DeSana attended Albion College from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management.
