LCR Embedded Systems
Rick Nace has a wealth of experience in the engineering industry. Rick started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Malco Technologies, LLC in 1991, where they were responsible for designing rugged electronic enclosures for various applications. Rick then moved on to LCR Electronics, Inc in 2004, where they held the role of Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer. In this position, they designed products to meet industry standards and supervised a team of engineers and designers. LCR Electronics rebranded as LCR Embedded Systems, Inc in 2014, and Rick was promoted to Engineering Manager. During this time, they managed both mechanical and electrical engineering teams and provided leadership and guidance. In 2020, they assumed the position of Director of Engineering at LCR Embedded Systems, Inc. Overall, Rick Nace has demonstrated expertise in mechanical design, product development, and team management throughout their work experience.
