Amy L. Garrett

Amy L. Garrett, PMP, CWI, currently serves as the Wholesale Power Asset Manager at LCRA, where responsibilities include influencing capital and large operational financial decisions and leading teams on asset investment selections to enhance financial performance. Previously, in the role of Power Plant Compliance Coordinator at LCRA, Amy monitored regulatory compliance related to environmental and operational standards. With experience as Operations Manager at SkidPro Works, LP, contributions included restructuring departments to significantly reduce billing errors and enhance collections. Earlier roles include Site BTFR Program Manager at Luminant, where Amy managed a Boiler Reliability Program, and Outage Management at Fluor Corporation, focusing on quality inspections and operational improvements. As Co-Owner of Oilfield Rig Maintenance, Amy oversaw various operational aspects of a 24-hour oil/gas rig maintenance service. Amy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from East Texas A&M University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Tyler Junior College.
