Carmichael Simon

Carmichael Simon is a seasoned professional in solution architecture and project management, currently serving as Manager of Solution Architecture at LCRA since September 2018. Prior to this role, Carmichael held various positions at IPsoft, including Service Transition Manager and Global Release Manager, and at Cisco, where responsibilities ranged from Technical Marketing Engineer to Operations Manager. Carmichael also contributed to WebEx as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and has a strong background in operations and project management from previous roles at CallSpace and Telepresence Options. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Stevenson University and attending the University of Maryland, Carmichael brings extensive expertise in technical and operational leadership.
