Joe Horn

Joe Horn has extensive experience in desktop support, currently serving as Desktop Support Supervisor at LCRA since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing the Desktop Support Team for 2nd and 3rd level support and overseeing a significant onsite PC support operation for vital facilities across Texas. Prior to this, Joe worked at International Paper from February 2012 to January 2014, providing executive support for corporate VIPs and managing second tier technical support while developing migration processes for multiple facilities. Joe's career in desktop support began at Temple-Inland, where tenure lasted from March 1985 to February 2012. Joe holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Real Estate from Austin Community College.
