Abigail Cowan is a Pipeline Engineer at LDIS, LLC since January 2023, specializing in steady state hydraulic modeling for pipelines utilizing VMG Symmetry, with knowledge of ASME B31.4 and B31.8 standards. Previous experience includes serving as an Environmental Intern at Brown and Caldwell, where fluid mechanics were applied to recommend drain pipe sizes and select analyzers alongside the instrumentation department. Abigail also worked as a Production Technician at GEX Corporation, focusing on manufacturing dosimeters in a certified national standards laboratory, and was a Self-Employed Tutor, providing educational assistance in mathematics and English to middle and high school students. Additional early experience at GEX Corporation as a Summer Intern involved testing products and supporting research and development activities. Abigail holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, obtained in 2022, and graduated from Legacy High School in 2019.
