Chris Farquar, PE, is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry and a strong background in electrical power and control systems. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at LDIS, LLC since January 2022, Chris specializes in design support and documentation for various facilities nationwide, focusing on midstream operations and project management. Prior roles include Senior Engineer positions at Optimized Engineering Services and Pipeline Controls & Services, where Chris provided critical design support and remained registered as a Professional Engineer in 14 states. Experience at ConocoPhillips and The Forerunner Corp emphasized responsibilities in high and low voltage installations and leadership in electrical design. Chris began a career at San Diego Gas & Electric, undertaking diverse engineering roles that developed skills in transmission planning and operations. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University.
