Annie Goupil Mba

Annie Goupil, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as VP Talent and Corporate Responsibility at Harnois Énergies since December 2016, Annie is responsible for establishing HR-related programs and strategies, including recruitment, skills development, and health safety, while providing coaching to managers across the organization. Prior to this role, Annie worked at CGI from July 2007 to December 2016, where responsibilities included developing a global governance model for Resource Management and Talent Planning as well as leading strategic directions and process improvements. Earlier career roles included HR Specialist at Harnois Groupe pétrolier and HR and Training Agent for the Government of Canada. Annie holds an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke and an M.Sc. from Université de Montréal.
