Huy Khoang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and customer service within L&E International, where Huy has held the position of Special Projects Manager for Asia Operations since September 2014, focusing on automating processes to enhance efficiency. Prior to this role, Huy served as Customer Service Manager and Assistant to the Country Manager for Vietnam Operations from January 2005 to August 2012, where responsibilities included managing operations, supplier negotiations, project development, and coordinating customer service strategies.
