Sue Bias

Sue Bias has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1989 as an Employee Relations & Recruiting Manager for Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. Sue then moved on to Utah Cardiology in 1997 as a Human Resources Manager, followed by St. Joseph Villa in 2004 as Director of Human Resources. In 2007 they began their role as Training and Development Specialist / Project Manager at TrueNorthLogic, and in 2011 they became an HR Business Partner at Mrs. Fields Famous Brands. In 2012 they moved to L3Harris Technologies as a Sr. HR Business Partner, and in 2021 they began working at Sundance Institute as a Volunteer Resources. Sue is currently employed at Snowbird as a Mountain Host and Employers Council as an HRPS Consultant.

Sue Bias attended Utah State University from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources.
