Melissa Malacaria is an experienced professional in field enablement and knowledge management, currently serving as the Field Enablement Manager at LeadIQ since March 2022. In this role, Melissa leads the strategy and execution of go-to-market enablement programs, collaborating with various leaders to enhance team performance and drive revenue growth. Previously, as a Knowledge Manager at LeadIQ, Melissa established the company's knowledge management function, creating accessible resources to boost team and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Content Learning Designer at MEMIC, where Melissa developed content strategy for training in a regulated environment, and as Knowledge Manager at Certify, Inc., where the knowledge management function was expanded to enhance employee engagement and customer experience. Melissa holds a BA in English from the University of Southern Maine.
