Yan Mao

Yan Mao has significant legal and compliance experience across various roles and companies. At LeadIQ, Yan served as Head of Legal & Compliance and Product & Privacy Counsel from March 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Yan was Operations Lead at Everlaw, where responsibilities included launching the London office and overseeing UK operations, as well as managing compliance and growth initiatives. Yan also held the position of Business Operations Manager at Everlaw, focusing on driving growth and compliance across projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Litigation & Regulatory Compliance at Prudential plc, providing legal advice on litigation and regulatory matters, and serving as an Attorney for Litigation & Regulatory Investigations at King & Wood Mallesons, handling high-stakes commercial cases and regulatory investigations. Yan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
