Joaquin Gamboa

Joaquin Gamboa is a seasoned software engineer with extensive expertise in backend development and a focus on payments, banking, authentication, and API integrations. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at LeafLink since July 2021, Joaquin has previously held significant roles as a Senior Backend Engineer at Quadio and as a Lead Software Developer (Founding Engineer) at Doorport, where contributions were made as the first employee in a Y-Combinator startup. Earlier experiences include consulting for JPMorgan Chase & Co., and roles at Reelio and Elite Daily, both of which were acquired. Joaquin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Stockton University in 2011.
