Peter Lee

Peter Lee is an experienced executive in the cannabis industry and finance, currently serving as President/COO and Board Director at Leafly since May 2024, where leadership includes overseeing a successful SPAC transaction and raising over $60 million in financing. Additionally, Peter holds positions as an Independent Board Director at The Cannabist Company and as an Advisor for S4 Ventures, focusing on digital health. Previously, Peter was President and CFO at Merida Merger Corp. I, leading the SPAC merger with Leafly, and co-founded Sentinel Rock Capital, a hedge fund. Peter's foundational experience in investment includes roles at Spring Point Capital, Blackstone Kailix Advisors, Tiger Management, J.H. Whitney & Company, and Capital Z Partners. Peter holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
