Suzanne Lingua has over 30 years of experience in talent solutions, executive recruiting, and professional coaching. Suzanne currently serves as the SVP Talent Solutions at Lean Focus LLC, where they lead the talent search practice and is responsible for client relationship management, executive placement, and identifying new business opportunities. Prior to this, they were a Strategic Partner at Lean Focus LLC and held the position of Principal, Executive Recruiter and Professional Coach at Hire Logic LLC. Suzanne began their career at Lyn-Jay International as an Account Manager/Recruiter, where they successfully grew revenues for new accounts and provided recruiting services for various industries.
Suzanne Lingua completed their education at two institutions. Suzanne pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Business Administration at Eastern Connecticut State University starting from an unknown year and completing it in 1988. Later, in 2010-2011, they attended the Coaches Training Institute, where they obtained a CPCC (Co-Active Coaching) degree.
