Cristina Linero

Cristina Linero is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Development Senior Director and HR Business Partner at Lean Solutions Group since January 2018. Cristina has progressed through various roles within the same organization, including Talent Acquisition Senior Director, Recruitment & Talent Director, HR Supervisor, Recruitment Coordinator, and Recruiter. Prior to Lean Solutions Group, Cristina held the position of Key Account Manager at Dávila Publicidad y Mercadeo for a brief period in late 2017. Additionally, Cristina gained experience as a Logistics Coordinator at Lean Solutions Group from November 2016 to October 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in HR Management and International Trade from EUDE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Universidad del Norte.
