Kunal Taneja

Kunal Taneja is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product development, cybersecurity, and risk management. Currently serving as the VP of Products at Lean Technologies since October 2024, Kunal was previously the Co-Founder and CPTO of baraka (YC S21) from June 2020 to October 2024. Kunal's prior roles include CPTO at FinzoDigital, where key achievements involved the successful development of bwallet, a prominent mobile wallet in the region, and Group Head of Cyber Security & Risk Management at Arab Financial Services, focusing on comprehensive cloud and application security strategies. Kunal has a strong educational background in computer science and compliance, holding degrees from institutions such as the University of Manchester and Manipal Institute of Technology, along with completion of the Y Combinator program in 2021.
