Rachel Prew is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director and Managing Consultant at Lean Tree, Rachel has previously held significant positions including HR Programmes Consultant and Global Head of PMO at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Additional experience includes roles as Portfolio Director and Head of PMO at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as Portfolio Manager for the Aviva Account. Rachel started their career as an IT Manager at Aviva plc. An alumnus of Keele University, Rachel earned a 2:1 degree in English and Psychology from 1994 to 1998, with additional educational background from Rosemead.
