Aaron Phillips has been working in the industry since 2011. Aaron began their career at Centex Machining as a Buyer/Planner, and eventually moved up to become the Director of Operations and then Vice President of Operations. In 2014, they founded Galvignition Inc., a web design and development company that specialized in PSD to HTML conversion. The company was sold to an independent developer in 2016. In 2019, they joined Sola Creative as a Principal. Currently, they are employed at LeanDNA as the Manager of Technical Support, having previously held the roles of Lead Support Engineer and Advanced Support Engineer.
Aaron Phillips attended the University of San Diego from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. In 2019, they attended the University of Texas at Austin's Center for Professional Education and completed a Full Stack Web Development course. Aaron is also certified in the Manager360 Leadership System, which they obtained in July 2022.
