Harrison Wells has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and supply chain industry. Harrison started their career in 1994 as an Engineering Manager at Ford Motor Company. In 2001, they took on the role of Engineering Manager at Dearborn, MI, where they led the 2005 Ford Freestyle Body Exterior Team from target setting to launch on a brand new vehicle platform. In 2003, they became Value Engineering Manager at Stewart and Stevenson. In 2005, they moved to Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems as a Strategic Commodity Manager, where they managed a team of buyers responsible for $80M annual material spend. In 2010, they joined Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a Sr Manager Supply Chain Architecture. During their tenure, they led 25 Lean Six Sigma supply chain professionals that modeled and analyzed supply chains from strategic suppliers to create agile and affordable solutions supporting the full rate production of the F-35. In 2013, they became Corporate Director - Strategic Supply Chain at Triumph Group, Inc. In 2020, they joined LeanDNA as Director of Technical Account Management and Value Engineering, where they are responsible for ensuring customers fully leverage the unique capabilities of LeanDNA SaaS to achieve both their short-term and long-term goals.
Harrison Wells received their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 1994, having started their studies in 1988.
