Jesus Rodriguez is an experienced professional with expertise in energy efficiency and construction management. Currently serving as an Energy Efficiency Expert at Danfoss Leanheat Building since June 2023, Jesus has also worked as a Freelance Interpreter specializing in Spanish-Finnish since August 2019. Prior roles include positions at Eurofins Expert Services Oy as both an Expert and Technician, and at Tencon Oy as a Työnjohtoharjoittelija. Experience as an Lvi-asentaja was gained at Ventler Oy and Maximus Oy, along with sales experience at Rosebud Books Oy. Jesus is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management with a focus on HVAC Engineering at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, expected to graduate in March 2024.

Leanheat’s development began in 2011. The first sites with Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies were taken into use in 2013. And officially Leanheat as a company was founded in 2016. Since then, growth has been vigorous. Leanheat is now installed in around 80,000 apartments. The system also controls the indoorclimate for schools, gas stations, fire stations, and city halls. It is the world’s largest IoT solution for collective heating.Fully automated and self-learning, Leanheat’s solution provides real-time optimization not only for individual buildings, but entire clusters of apartment buildings – while at the same time giving the opportunity for district heating companies to serve their customers more efficiently and with a smaller carbon footprint.They work in collaboration with industry pioneers such as Fortum and Danfoss. Piloted in Finland with its harsh climate conditions, we are now looking at rapid international expansion.
