Dr. Adina Aldea

Dr. Adina Aldea serves as the Head of Solution Advisory EMEA and Head of Solution Engineering - Product at SAP LeanIX since October 2021, previously holding roles as Senior Solution Engineer and Sales Engineer. Concurrently, Dr. Aldea is a Guest Researcher and Assistant Professor at the University of Twente, where responsibilities include research, project management, team coordination, lecturing, and student supervision. Notably, Dr. Aldea has received a Comenius Teaching Fellows grant to advance research on automated grading of open exam questions using machine learning. Previous experience includes roles as Research Consultant at Fortes and BiZZdesign and serving on the board of Bekader. Dr. Aldea holds a PhD in Business and IT and multiple degrees from the University of Twente and Erasmus experiences in Entrepreneurship and Innovation across various universities.
