Jonas Rathert

Jonas Rathert has over 20 years of consultancy experience and has worked in various roles throughout their career. Jonas recently joined LeanIX as the Senior Director of Product Success, where they combine their passion for Enterprise Architecture and Software Design/Development. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at BCG Platinion for 20 years, focusing on retail, e-commerce, and enterprise solutions. Jonas has also worked as a Software Architect at Traian AG and as a Software Engineer at Axion GmbH.

Jonas Rathert attended the University of Cologne from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Mathematik und Computerwissenschaft. Jonas also holds additional certifications as an ACM Professional Member from the ACM, Association for Computing Machinery, and a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
