Steven M. Finn

Steven M. Finn serves as the Vice President of Sustainability and Public Affairs at Leanpath since February 2017, leading initiatives to prevent food waste in foodservice operations. As a co-founder and Managing Director at ResponsEcology, Inc., Steven collaborates on sustainability and change management solutions. Additionally, Steven teaches graduate courses on sustainability at the University of Pennsylvania and Boston University. Steven has held various board and advisory positions in organizations committed to food recovery and sustainable food systems, including Rolling Harvest Food Rescue and AmpleHarvest.org. Steven's previous experience includes a leadership role at Casella Waste Systems, overseeing operations in the food-to-energy sector, and extensive managerial positions at McMaster-Carr, focusing on change management and operational excellence. Steven holds multiple advanced degrees in Organizational Dynamics and an MBA in Finance and Marketing, complementing a solid foundation in economics.
