Aleš Kruh

Ale Quintero is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023. Previously, Ale held the position of Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together from April 2021 to June 2023, focusing on health and human services. Prior to that, Ale was the Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, where efforts were directed towards reimagining health insurance. Ale's design expertise began as the Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc., and continued through a successful freelance career that spanned several years, helping early-stage companies build brand experiences. Ale co-founded The Handsome Pig, contributing to product concepts and business strategy, and gained agency experience designing for clients such as Universal Music Group and Starbucks at Rehilete Estudio Creativo. Early career highlights include developing brand strategies for ecotourism communities and working as a Junior Designer at Decofuego Chimeneas. Ale holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
