Joanna Munier

Joanna Munier is a dedicated finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at LeanTaaS since January 2023, Joanna played a pivotal role in the due diligence of the acquisition of Hospital IQ. Prior to this, Joanna was VP of Finance at Hospital IQ, contributing to strategic growth initiatives. As Chief Financial Officer at Lux Research, Joanna stabilized financial operations during a significant turnaround. Joanna also held the position of VP of Finance at Exari Systems, where operational and M&A financial activities were managed to support revenue growth. Earlier in Joanna's career, as Senior Director of Finance & Accounting at Lanyon, timely financial reporting and post-acquisition integration were prioritized. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
