Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at LeapFrog Enterprises, a position held since 1999, Tom has contributed significantly to the company's growth. Prior to LeapFrog, Tom was the National Account Manager at K'nex Industries from 1998 to 2000 and spent a decade as an Account Manager at LEGO from 1988 to 1998, gaining valuable expertise in managing key accounts and driving sales initiatives.
