Pavel Karataev

Pavel Karataev has worked in a variety of roles since 2020. In 2020, they were a Product Development Intern at 3megawatt GmbH. In 2021, they were a Markets & GTB Middle Office Intern at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland, where they provided assistance in the effective project execution of a multi-year IT-Implementation project, prepared monthly KPI reports, and developed Excel and Access-based tools for further automatization of the financial operations. Pavel currently works at Leapsome as a Senior Customer Success Associate and previously held the role of Customer Success Associate.

Pavel Karataev has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from Ural State University named after A.M.Gorky, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. In 2016, they completed an exchange semester abroad at Zagreb School of Economics and Management, where they studied Business Administration. In 2019 and 2020, they completed an exchange semester abroad at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, where they studied Economics.
