Andrew Murray

Andrew Murray is an accomplished corporate development executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Lear Corporation since 2019, Andrew leads global M&A activities and strategic growth initiatives. Prior experience includes Vice President of Corporate Development at Amcor, where Andrew oversaw significant M&A executions, including prominent acquisitions such as Bemis and Alusa. Andrew's investment banking career spans roles at Citi and J.P. Morgan, with a focus on automotive and industrial sectors, effectively managing strategic M&A and capital raising projects valued at approximately $175 billion. Earlier in Andrew's career, leadership was demonstrated at IHS and Arthur Andersen LLP, specializing in corporate development and financial due diligence.
