Currently serving as the Plant Human Resources Manager at Lear Corporation since January 2019, Sandy has transitioned from a Contract to a Direct role, focusing on HR solutions that align with corporate goals and actively participating in various HR initiatives. Prior to this position, Sandy worked as an HR Business Partner at RGBSI and held several HR roles at InterVision Systems and Netelligent Corporation, where responsibilities included project management, program administration, legal compliance, and policy development. Sandy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is currently pursuing further education at Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School.
