Steven Young is currently the Manager of Program Outreach & Recruitment at Learn Fresh since June 2022. Prior to joining Learn Fresh, Steven worked at Sunset Neighborhood Beacon Center from August 2014 to June 2022, where Steven held the titles of Program Coordinator and Program Leader. Additionally, Steven worked at San Francisco Unified School District as a Paraprofessional from August 2016 to June 2019. Steven also served as a Physical Education Consultant at Ulloa Elementary School from August 2014 to June 2016. Steven graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School with a High School Diploma.

Learn Fresh is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides a fresh take on academic exploration through Student Centered Design, sparking students’ curiosity in the educational value of the ordinary and extraordinary in their lives. They utilize culturally relevant topics to develop fundamental academic skills and show students that learning can be derivedfrom the things that matter most to them. Through relationships with iconic individuals and brands that students revere, They bring these experiences to life in and out of the classroom.
