Elizabeth Tozer

Elizabeth Tozer is an experienced music educator with a diverse teaching background, currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher at Learning Care Group since January 2017 and as the Director of Cut Time at J. W. Pepper & Son, Inc. since 2018. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Collegium Charter School from August 2006 to January 2017, where responsibilities spanned from High School Director of Bands to Choral Director, along with various leadership roles, mentorship, and committee involvement. Elizabeth's educational background includes a Master's in Musicology and Ethnomusicology from Liberty University and a Master's in Educational/Instructional Technology from Strayer University, complementing a Bachelor's in Music Teacher Education from West Chester University.
