Learning Without Tears
Josh Harris currently serves as the Lead Coach for the 2011 NVA Boys ECNL at Loudoun Soccer and holds a long-standing role as Sr. Product Operations Manager at Learning Without Tears, encompassing positions that span over 15 years in product operations. Prior experience includes coaching roles at Virginia Valor FC and Southwestern Youth Association, where Josh specialized in various age groups, including 2007 Boys and 2006 Boys. Additionally, Josh was the head coach for the West Springfield High School Boys Varsity Soccer team under Fairfax County Public Schools. Josh Harris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The Catholic University of America, earned between 2005 and 2009.

Learning Without Tears offers a unique approach to teaching and learning, from crucial readiness skills in Pre-K to foundational writing and keyboarding skills in elementary school. Keyboarding Without Tears is a web-based K-5 curriculum that teaches typing, computer readiness, digital citizenship, and online test prep.
