Chelsea Beechel has a diverse work experience in the language and intercultural services industry. Chelsea currently serves as the Head of Global Mobility Partnerships at Learnlight, where they are responsible for delivering language, intercultural, and communication skills training to clients globally. Prior to this, Chelsea worked at BGRS in various roles, including Manager of Intercultural and Language Supplier Network, Manager of Supplier Networks, Supply Chain Manager for Intercultural and Language Services, and Intercultural Program Manager. Chelsea also has experience at Berlitz Corporation as an Account Manager and Instructor, and at ELS Language Centers as an Instructor, Program Coordinator, and Program Director. Throughout their career, Chelsea has demonstrated expertise in supplier management, program delivery, client satisfaction, and business development.
Chelsea Beechel received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Chapman University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business Communication with a focus on Leadership and Influence at Jones International University, from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Chelsea has obtained certifications in "Analyze Problems and Make Decisions" from Dale Carnegie in April 2017. Another certification, "Getting Results Without Authority," was obtained from Dale Carnegie Training, although the exact month and year are not specified.
