Lydia Pollock has work experience in various roles, including English Teacher at ESADE Business & Law School since 2018 and Head of Face-to-face Performance at Learnlight since 2017. Prior to these positions, Lydia worked as Head of Trainer Management at Training Express from 2013 to 2017, where they led a team of four trainer managers and oversaw a team of over 100 trainers. Lydia also served as a Trainer Coordinator and Mentor at Training Express from 2010 to 2013.
Lydia Pollock received their Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Modern Languages, specializing in French and Italian, from The University of Manchester between 1997 and 2001. Prior to that, they attended St. Mary's in Calne, Wiltshire from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, Lydia has a certification in CELTA from the University of Cambridge.
