Nilu Noble has a strong background in human resources and people-related roles, with experience in various companies such as LeavePlus, Bupa, and UGL. With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University, Nilu also holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources from the Australian HR Institute. Starting off as a Resource Specialist at Jewish Care Victoria, Nilu has worked their way up to become a People and Culture Business Partner at LeavePlus. Prior to this, Nilu held positions such as Strategic People Partner at Bupa and Senior P&C Business Partner at UGL. With a wealth of experience in the field, Nilu continues to excel in their career in HR management.
