Alexei Karam

Alexei Karam is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and administration. Currently serving as a Lead Systems Analyst at Lebanese American University since September 2005, Alexei manages a complex environment involving MS Exchange 2016, multiple administrative tools, and supports over 2500 devices and 80000 students and alumni. Prior roles include IT Manager for Amec Spie - Petrofac JV on the BTC Pipeline Project, where Alexei successfully led IT support across multiple locations and built critical communication infrastructure. Earlier positions include Senior IT Engineer at Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCC) and IT Engineer, contributing to significant international projects in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, as well as a background as a Biomedical Engineer at Medel s.a.l. Alexei holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
